Sometimes simple is best and it allows you to showcase specific ingredients. This SMaSH Kolsch recipe uses Canadian Superior Pilsner malt and Citra hops to create this clean crisp ale. Light fruity notes from a German ale yeast and moderate bitterness from a new world hop.

Berliner Weisse is generally a light beer (3%), we ramped it up to 6.5% to enhance the flavour. We then added Pink Guava and Mangoes to make this beer a truely tasty fruit forward Imperial Berliner Weisse.

A schwarzbier is similar to German style dunkels but tends to be drier, darker and more roast oriented. Chocolate and coffee notes balance out this medium body moderately hopped dark lager.

Toasted flaked oats, chocolate and black malt. Made for easy drinking, poured on nitro for that silky feel.

A traditional Blonde Ale with loads of peaches. This blonde has crisp clean malt flavours that is rounded out with a touch of sweetness from the peaches.
