Health & Safety Comes First

The Bitter Sisters Kitchen and Taproom will operate following all government guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.   As of September 20th we will be participating in the restriction exemption program and will require that all guests (sitting indoor and outdoor) show proof of vaccination or a negative covid test.

Here are the current steps we are taking and will continue to take:

• Tables are thoroughly sanitized before and after each guest.

• High contact surfaces such as doorknobs will be cleaned and sanitized frequently by a designated team member during every shift. 

• Hand sanitizing stations will be set up around the facility for anyone to use.

• Our team will be washing hands after every contact. 

• We will have a strict policy on illness. No staff will be allowed on premise with any symptoms no matter how minor.

• All staff will be trained with new cleaning and sanitization processes.
